Biconvex Lens
The biconvex lens is mainly used to condense the light from a point light source or transmit an image to other optical systems.
The biconvex lens is suitable for many applications with limited imaging. Because the front and rear surfaces of the biconvex lens are convex spherical surfaces and the radius of curvature is equal, the lens has symmetry, minimizes the spherical aberration, and eliminates coma, distortion, and chromatic aberration.
